The dynamics of the seasonal development of perennial flowering plants under the influence of climatic changes in the right-bank steppe Dnieper during the years 1989-2018 is studied. In the last decade, an earlier start of the growing season (by 5-19 days) and a later completion (by 13-24 days) was noted, which contributed to an increase in the total growing season by 21-34 days (up to 227-246 days). In 2014-18, spring-flowering perennials (by 9-15 days), garden roses, summer-flowering perennials and varieties of small-flowered chrysanthemum (by 15-25 days) began to bloom earlier. Autumn-flowering species of perennials begin to bloom in the second half of September, which later is 25-30 days.
