Dituva Allotment Gardens in Suburb of Klaipėda

This article is about allotment gardens as a new type of parks and gardens. They are created to improve living conditions of the citizens of densely developed cities. The establishment of Dituva allotment gardens is discussed as the main example. The possibilities of reconstruction of allotment gardens into a mixed residential and allotment urban structure are considered.
