Today's organisations operate in an intensely competitive and highly dynamic external environment. In this context, the ability to identify appropriate, impactful and progressive objectives in a strategy, and the ability to achieve the objectives set, become crucial. An organisation's strategy becomes relevant when it is necessary to anticipate the direction of business development, the demand for the products and services to be developed, the need to remain in the market and to make a profit. Strategic planning therefore becomes an essential foundation for a stable business. Organisations need to have unique and distinctive resources in order to achieve the objectives planned in the strategy. One of the most important is the workforce. This is one of the most difficult competitive advantages to achieve. Having employees (human resources) is not the most important task, the most important task is the organisation's knowledge, sharing with employees and the ability to manage employees in a strategic way. The ability to align the objectives of individual employees with those of the organisation, to get the best result and to achieve the organisation's objectives together, becomes a key task for the organisation's managers. It becomes important not only to have outstanding human resources, but also to create a motivational system that will lead to employees contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.
